Refund policy

Items are not available for refund unless the item is damaged during shipment, email for replacement must be sent withing 72 hours of package arrival showing all damaged in detail. Please direct refund questions to downsouthccllc@gmail.com

Refunds are offered via shop credit only. 

DSCC does not offer exchanges due to damages that occur during washed or usual wear. Please follow exact wash and care instructions
